What type of information is collected and how is it used? Technologies such as cookies, tags, and scripts are used by Kitten&Puppy and our Third Party Service Providers. Device Permission

In the process of providing services, Pawbby Care will call some of your device permissions. You can choose to turn off all or part of your permissions in the device setting function. In different devices, permission display mode and closing mode may be different. The following is the call permission of Pawbby Care ：

• Wireless data: it is used to connect intelligent hardware. This permission is asked when the user makes a network connection for the first time. User can close.

• Bluetooth: it is used for positioning of intelligent hardware and mobile intelligent terminal. It is required to be turned on. This permission is asked when the user makes a network connection for the first time. User can close.

• Camera: it is used to scan the QR code. When the intelligent hardware is connected with the mobile intelligent terminal, the scanning QR code can quickly connect the intelligent hardware. This permission is asked when the user makes a network connection for the first time. User can close.

• Geographic location: it is used for city selection. The permission is asked when the user connects to the network for the first time. User can close.

• Photo album: The user's head image is set to be used for user registration, It is only required to be turned on when the function is used for the first time. User can close.

DIRECT MARKETING

We may provide you with relevant promotional materials for products and services of Kitten&Puppy and its partners. We will only so use your personal data after we have obtained your consent or indication of no objection in accordance with local data protection laws, which may require separate explicit consent. Where you have consented to our processing of your personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time and opt-out to further processing by contacting Xiaomi. All the personal information on the device will be erased when you reset your device to factory default settings. Beware that hard-reset can’t be undo, so you have to make sure that you don’t need the information any more.

ACCESSING OTHER FEATURES ON YOUR DEVICE

Our applications may access some features on your devices, such as Wi-Fi network status, and other features. Such information is used to allow running of those applications on your devices and your interactions with our applications. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

You can cancel the account registered with pawbby care client at any time and operate in the mobile intelligent terminal. Once you cancel your account, you may not be able to use Pawbby Care products and services, so please be careful.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF YOUR JURISDICTION

To the extent that we may need to transfer personal information outside of your jurisdiction, whether to our affiliated companies or Third Party Service Providers, we shall provide you with sufficient notification and obtain your authorization in accordance with applicable laws prior to doing so. Methods of collection: Kitten&Puppy may collect your personal information directly from you by your entering the information through application and event participation. Kitten&Puppy may also collect your personal information from third-party service provider, or using generated information gathering tools.

Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

Your personal information will be retained and used until the purpose of collecting and using has been achieved. If necessary under applicable law, it may also be retained for a period prescribed by law.

In principle, when the purposes of collection and use of your personal information are achieved, Kitten&Puppy will destroy the personal information without undue delay. You may at any time request to delete your personal information or withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your personal information by sending an e-mail to us. In such case, Kitten&Puppy will destroy your personal information in a timely manner. However, if any personal information is required to be retained under applicable law, such information will be retained for the period and purpose as prescribed by law.

Process and Method of Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information, which has fulfilled the purpose for which it was collected or used, and has reached the period of time during which personal information was to be possessed, will be destroyed in an irreversible way. After the expiration of the applicable period, information under the obligation of retention by applicable laws will be promptly destroyed in an irreversible way. Personal information stored in electronic files will be deleted safely in an irreversible way by using technical methods, and printed information will be destroyed by shredding or incinerating such information. Furthermore, in compliance with applicable laws, measures will be taken to destroy or separate the personal information of the users who have not used our services for a period of one year.
